Meridian Parks and Recreation offers Winter Basketball Leagues.
Registration Process and Fees
Registration is taken on a team basis only. To register a team for a league; complete a current registration form, a current signed official roster with a minimum of 5 players, team fee, and player fees, prior to the registration deadline. Spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis and not guaranteed until payment is received by the deadline and still have available spots open.
Player fees
Player fees are non transferable from player to player

- Winter Registration will open beginning of September 1, 2026
- Winter Registration Deadline: October 13, 2026
- Winter Season: 8-week regular season & double-elimination tournament.
- Winter Season Start Date: Week of November 2nd (A break will take place for the holidays, Thanksgiving break and Dec 21st - Jan 1st.)

Don’t have a team? Please complete the Free Agent Form to be added to the list. This list can be used by team managers to pick up additional players (This is not a guarantee that you will get pickup up.)

Ways to Register
To secure your team's spot in the league, please complete a current registration form and roster form then submit them along with the required team and player fees by the deadline.
Please note that we are moving away from accepting payment over the phone.
- Online - Email your completed registration and roster form to [email protected] Once received, we will create or modify your account and notify you by email the account is setup for you to log into http://secure.rec1.com/ID/meridian-id/catalog to make payment within 24 hours. Please note that your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.
- Walk-In - Bring your completed forms and payment (Cash, check payable to City of Meridian, or card) to our office at 33 E Broadway Ave., Suite 206.
- Mail-In - You may mail your completed registration, roster forms, and payment to 33 E. Broadway Ave., Suite 206, Meridian, ID 83642. (Please note that your submission must be received by the deadline and there must be available spots.)
Must be received by the deadline and still have available spots open. *Sponsorship payments must be in by the deadline with current completed registration form, current roster form, team fee, and player fees.
